RS Wheels Sales Support
Alongside marketing, I would create assets to support the Sales Consultant. All assets were created for a B2B audience and had to be region specific as RS consisted of 5 different entities operating in various areas of the UK.
Sales Pack
This began with a request from the Sales Team, for a sales pack that could be handed to a dealership customer following a visit or client meeting.
Although the digital side of sales and marketing is key, we found that a lot of car dealership owners and managers were quite old school and giving them something physical led to an increase in new accounts.
The pack consisted of a sales brochure that was designed and copywritten to remind the customer of the sales pitch given - a follow up not a POS. Combined with some nice merch (because who doesn’t love merch) and a business card front and centre to encourage the potential customer to reach out to us.
This was all put together in a nice soft matte finish folder to create a premium tactile experience for any potential business clients.
Customer Gifting
In the Christmas period, RS traditionally send cards and gifts out to all our current and potential customers. This year I thought something like a desk calendar would be a fun but practical gift that would sit on a clients desk and keep us in their mind when the need us.
Feedback from this was really good and a lot of the customers were very impressed!
